The Ombudsman's reply

On the 13th December of 2010 I received a reply from the Ombudsman. It is interesting to read what they had to say and how they said it.

Of particular note is the confirmation of my new status in law. To quote (emphasis in bold is mine):

"Your affidavits state that you are not a person and it appears that you consider that Government statutes and rules do not apply to you. That being the case, and in the absence of details of any specific administrative action by IRD that could be considered to be unreasonable, no further action will be taken by this Office in relation to your correspondence."

The Ombudsman has not countered my claim and has confirmed that I am no longer an Officer of HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND. I am a freeman on the land.
